PACT Letters Patent The Objects of the Corporation are to promote Theatre and performing arts in Canada on a nation- wide basis by: A. Gaining increased recognition and support of professional Theatre from Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Governments and their agencies, and from the corporate and private sectors; D. Advancing and promoting Canadian professional theatre internationally; F. Affording profession al theatres in Canada and opportunity to act for their common purpose and interest; G.
