There is an Agreement between us, the player and the Club. SRA must ensure that the player is well conditioned, with good key skills in his position – so that he can add good value to the Club in terms of their playing level, enthusiasm and leadership. The player must also have good values and mature enough to adapt to the new environment and culture.
After our final discussion with the Club, the Club will have a formal interview (Skype or phone call) with the player. Then the Club provide a formal Invitation letter explaining specific aspects in more detail. Normally the Club will arrange accommodation / food, club kit and transport - and we will do the same here. The spending money and flight costs will be for the player’s account, but assistance can be considered depending on the needs of the club, player or coach. The player must be an example on and of the pitch for his team mates and younger players who will look up to him. He will be a true ambassador for the Club while in his profession.
