I hope everyone reading this is staying safe and taking care of each other as we navigate through the COVID 19 pandemic. We are currently planning and
hoping to hold the 2020 B2Gold Big Brothers Golf Classic on September 28 at the Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club in Vancouver. We will of course only
proceed with the tournament if we can ensure the necessary health and safety requirements.
Shaughnessy is one of Canada’s top private golf courses and has generously hosted the B2Gold Big Brothers tournament for the last nine years.
Traditionally the day begins with a fabulous buffet brunch, then a round of golf with fun events and great food & beverages throughout the course.
Post golf we host a cocktail party, featuring great silent auction items to bid on, and finally a delicious dinner, while we listen to interesting speakers
and celebrate our prize-winning golfers.
Again last year, I had many people mention how much they enjoyed the day that is focused on fun and celebrating the great achievements of the
Big Brother’s organization. It is a perfect opportunity to reward employees and clients, and network as you contribute to this worthy cause.
