How does it work: STEP An information session will share how the Coaching Program works, what 01 it covers and an opportunity to meet your Spark Tank Coaches. During this session we will identify if you are a right for the program. Once we establish that we want to work together, a letter of engagement STEP is provided along with pricing, dates and terms and conditions, once completed and returned we can move onto Step 3. 02 STEP 03 We begin the onboarding process and commence enrolling you into the preferred dates of the program. STEP A latest generation DISC assessment is completed followed by a personal debrief via zoom at a time that suits you. 04 STEP 05 You begin the Spark Tank Coaching Program and start your journey.
