Founded in 1921, Camp Tannadoonah is located on a 45-acre property overlooking beautiful Birch Lake in Southwest Michigan. Each summer, Camp Tannadoonah provides overnight and day camp programs, serving approximately 1000 youth over the course of 10 weeks from June through August. Camp Fire has been an innovative leader in youth development since 1910. You might remember us as Camp Fire Girls or Camp Fire USA, which were key parts of our organization’s journey. Today, we are a co-ed, diverse, and inclusive organization. We incorporate youth voice into everything we do, and make an intentional effort to reflect, evolve, and use cutting-edge research to meet the needs of today’s youth and their families.
