                                              Mining Industry
                                                 Skills Assessments are a “Must Have” to
                                                 prevent accidents, lawsuits, compensation
                                                 claims, and to comply with all Health and
                                                 Safety regulations.

                                              We were approached by a mining company to
                                              identify whether they had all their regulatory
                                              health and safety requirements in place and
                                              documented for the right people in the right
                                              places. In this way, they could ensure that all
                                              employees in their different roles and positions
                                              had been trained properly according to the
                                              regulations. This put them proactively in a
                                              position to react to potential damage claims and
                                              lowered substantially associated expenses.

weeks. Nobody could do it. We did it in
high quality within 2 weeks and they had a

accuracy and efficiency.

                                               We were asked by an airline who wanted to
                                               minimize the risk of any accidents or even
                                               deaths due to inadequately skilled staff, missing
                                               or expired licenses or permits from pilots, cabin
                                               crews to the technical maintenance personal.
                                               We did a Skills Gap Analysis with crucial
                                               recommendations regarding how to address
                                               existing gaps in skills, proper documentation and
                                               training within 3 weeks. Additionally, we
                                               assigned priorities to follow up actions.

   and be able to continue manufacturing.

A large manufacturing organization was
about to lose their accreditation. They were
forced to do skills audits; the deadline was
