letter from the PRODUCERS Welcome to IIDA Houston City Center’s 10th annual Product Runway: Meet Me at the Met! Producing Product Runway has been a wonderful experience for both of us. Our extremely talented design teams, volunteers, and underwriters have demonstrated what our community is capable of accomplishing when they come together for something bigger than themselves, and we couldn’t be more proud! IIDA Product Runway gives designers in our industry the opportunity to stretch their creative capacities, while participating in a friendly competition with their peers. Volunteers are given the opportunity to further develop leadership skills while making new industry connections and friendships. Several vendors have donated labor and materials to create tonight’s beautiful backdrop and runway and our underwriters supported our efforts through generous contributions. We can’t thank you all enough! IIDA Product Runway not only showcases our design industry’s widespread talents but it also benefits the Houston Furniture Bank, a local non-profit charity that focuses on making houses into homes by providing furniture for families in need. By being here tonight, you are directly contributing to helping to improve the lives of deserving families in Houston. Thank you for being here with us and we wish the best of luck to all of this year’s design teams!
