of preparation. The lesson will take place on the lawn adjacent to the lake shore, therefore it is
recommended to bring a yoga mat or a terry cloth and to adopt soft and comfortable clothing.
At the end of the session, a bowl of fruit salad or, alternatively, a fresh fruit smoothie awaits you.
