Organiser’s foreword Introduction Overview Preliminary round Final round Appendix Dear students, One only needs to be given an opportunity, and that individual can be a driver of change. We believe that driving change can start at any age, and it is important to provide a safe space and platform to nurture the next generation of aspiring women leaders. The SheXO Young Leaders Challenge (YLC) challenges you to examine current issues around gender equality in the workplace, come up with innovative ideas to improve current initiatives, and ultimately gain a wider perspective of challenges that women in leadership positions face. Through the SheXO YLC, we hope to create a platform that pushes aspiring women leaders to act on current issues, and to foster a community that connects the women leaders of today and those of tomorrow. Change does not happen overnight, and our focus is to get the next generation ready to take on roles in the workplace that are impactful and sustainable for the benefit of society and the economy.
