Bill Clarity calculates accruals at portfolio level and account

• Pricing is based on a sliding scale and is adjusted according to total number of accounts. For example, a
client with 10 large market electricity accounts, 5 SME gas accounts, 5 water accounts will be charged for a
total of 20 accounts.
• Unlike traditional software products, there is no cost per user licence. Multiple users can be set up on the
platform for no additional charges.
• Fees to be invoiced directly or in some cases can be included in the metering charges. Frequency and
contract terms to be agreed with Sustainable Energy Solutions.
• Allow 4 weeks for onboarding to be completed and for meter and billing data feeds to be set up by the
retailers.
• An energy and/or water data letter of authority is to be completed to enable set up of automated data
feeds.
