Easy and Quick Handling
1. Test subject breathes 3 times deeply in and out so that the lung fluid rises into the eyes
2. Smartphone with a camera sensitivity of at least 12 Mpx to capture eye image
3. Frontal image recording of the right or left eye using SEMIC EyeScan® app, evaluation in the left eye is faster
- image recording is also possible via internet video or by the test subject from home
4. Encrypted transmission of obtained eye color data is sent to server or product cloud via WiFi or cellular
interface
5. Result is available within 3-5 minutes, analysis of up to one million images possible at the same time
6. With the test result, current blood pressure, pulse and body temperature are reported as well as a review of
conjunctivitis and previous SARS-CoV-2 diseases. All known mutations of SARS-CoV-2 are recognized
7. Digital reports can be stored on the device or automatically sent to stakeholders such as health authorities,
CDC, etc. SEMIC EMILI®’s geo tracing and geofencing functions allow further support in tracking down

8. The logic software is loaded onto the smartphone and performs the calculations. No data is taken from the
user device. After the calculation on the user device has been completed, the logic software is automatically
