SALES SALES UPDATE As usual, it’s been busy in the wonderful world of Sales. Grant wanted to start off by saying how much so many of our customers loved the Limited Edition Magpies jerseys – and wore them with pride for the rural community – no matter where they were from. From Auckland Mazda cruising through their corridors wearing the black and grey Swandri shirt (and getting a few looks too!) to CablePrice and SouthFuels – how cool is that! The message has spread further than we could have imagined, and we’re proud to be a part of that. Grant also wanted to highlight all the amazing work that Bevan has done on the Jeep /Ram tender. Congratulations to Bevan for the fantastic work he has done on the Jeep/Ram tender. Many hours of hard work both in the field and on the keyboard has gone into a deal of this size. Well done Bev! We have submitted an ELF offer to Bunnings New Zealand – this is an exciting opportunity for a large national deal. Other names being thrown around currently include Komatsu, AA, Truck Stops, TWL, and Toyota – watch this space people! WELLINGTON UPDATE It’s official, Total Oil NZ have officially landed in the Wellington region! Marty has been tasked with setting up the branch, and growing our network throughout the region. We have employed Shaun as our newest Operations person in the region, and him and Marty are currently operating out of the CablePrice brand in Seaview. With an office space, a delivery truck and pumpover capabilities – we will reach up into Palmerston North for CablePrice pumpovers too. Marty has been in Wellington every week for the last 6 weeks, which will continue until Shaun is trained to work on his own. We are also looking at setting up a Reseller to assist with our 20L and 5L sales, so that efforts can be put into larger business directly, as well as working closely with CablePrice to help with their growth in the region. Marty would also like to say a big thank you to everyone in Support Office who have helped him in setting up over the last 6 weeks. The Family Fun Zone has been a hit with the kids, and so has all the surrounding activations such as the drum band and photobooth. The Magpies has successfully defended the mighty Ranfurly Shield against both Northland and Manawatu after winning the challenge to Otago.
