2021 SAVE MONEY ON 2ND DAY EXPENSES—Condensed Show Format We’ve condensed the show format down to one day. After speaking with quite a few vendors the message we received was that it made sense from an ROI standpoint to scale back the show to one-day. We think this makes sense, especially now. For most, the outlay of expenses (hotel, food, staffing) outweighs the potential return on sales. INABILITY TO ATTEND INSURANCE We now offer Inability to Attend insurance. This is included with your vendor fee. The coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London. You will receive a 100% refund, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration (space) and ends on the first date of the show (set up day). You can view the full Policy Terms & Conditions here. Rosehill Enterprises LLC/Rosehill Gift Shows will continue to have a no refunds policy. EXHIBITOR LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT/PROGRAM Proof of insurance for the show is mandatory. Having insurance will protect your company, employees, and volunteers, should a claim arise against you for something that occurred at your booth. Rosehill Enterprises LLC/Rosehill Gift Shows does not provide any type of insurance coverage for the property and/or personnel of exhibiting companies. Exhibitors must maintain insurance that meets the requirements outlined on the Exhibitor Liability Insurance Program Form and on your booth space contract. If you already have compliant coverage through your own provider, be sure to email a copy of this to sales@rainprotection.net before the show. If you do not have coverage, it can easily be secured through Rainprotection at a negotiated rate provided to Rosehill Gift Show exhibitors. The moment you pay your registration fee. When does the insurance coverage end? Upon the show opening on the first day of the event. What if I attend one day, but can’t attend the next? Sorry, registration fees cannot be pro-rated. If you attend one day of registration you cannot be refunded for any other missed functions. When can I file a claim? As soon as you know that you’re unable to attend the show! Whether you enter a claim 6 months out or 30 days after the event, the policy will provide a 100% refund should you be unable to attend due to a covered reason. Wait… I can file a claim AFTER the event if I missed it? Absolutely! If anything comes up and you have to miss the event, you can file a claim up to 30 days AFTER the event to get your full refund! How do I request a refund? It’s easy. Go to rainprotectionrefunds.com You will be asked to enter some information and provide some supporting documents. Who is covering this insurance? PAROQUET SPRINGS CONFERENCE CENTRE EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS FIRE REGULATIONS: All exhibitors, service contractors and all event promoters must comply with all fed- eral, state and local fire code. All exhibitor material must be flame proof. Gasoline, propane or other flam- mable items are prohibited. Open flame is not permitted in the building. SMOKING: No smoking is permitted in the Conference Center TRASH REMOVAL: Dispose of refuse in appropriate containers. Center staff does not clean inside ven- dors booth. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS: All electrical outlets must be supplied and installed by building personnel. DECORATIONS and SIGNS: Decorations, signs, banners and streamers shall not be attached, taped, nailed, pinned or otherwise fastened to any ceiling, drapery, painted surface or wall. Use of confetti is not permitted in the Conference Center. BALLOONS and HELIUM: Balloons are permitted if secured in a weighted fashion. Fee for retrieval of balloons if necessary. GREASE BARREL: A container for disposal of waste products will be available to exhibitors. The barrel will be located outside to the rear of the building. All cooking grease is to be disposed of in this container. PETS: Animals and pets are not permitted in the Center except in conjunction with an approved exhibit, display, show, etc. Seeing eye dogs are permitted. SALES: During the show, all Sales must be contained within contracted booth space. Sales are not permitted in the parking lot, lobby or outside of your booth space.
