 You Can Dance have been providing AWESOME birthday party experiences
  for over 10 years! Birthday parties create life long memories for children &
 their families, so we take absolute care to ensure a FUN, MEMORABLE &
                     EXCEPTIONAL experience for ALL!

                  CIRCUS BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUSIONS
  1.5 hours of AMAZING circus party fun!
  Children are fully entertained with a circuit of activities including aerial silks, hula hoops,
  juggling, the balance beam, basic tumbling & MORE! Along with traditional party games e.g.
  pass the parcel;
  A huge space for the kids to be acive and participate in all the CIRCUS FUN!
  BIRTHDAY GIFT for the birthday child valued at $35!
  Our venue is EXCLUSIVELY for you and your party guests ONLY!
   Comfortable foyer area for party food, gifts and parents to wait;
  Car park & plenty of off street parking for party guests;
  A PDF INVITATION for you to send to your party guests if needed;
  Assistance cleaning up after your party;

** PARTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  Decorations – although you are very welcome bring your own to display (bluetak only to be
  used if attaching decorations to the walls)
  Food - We do not supply any food for parties.

NOTE: TO PARTICIPATE ON THE AERIAL SILKS, CHILDREN MUST BE WEARING LONG
TIGHTS OR SIMILAR CLOTHING. BAGGY CLOTHING IS ALSO NOT RECOMMENDED.

    COVID SAFE MEASURES TO ENSURE EVERYONE'S SAFETY
  Our studio spaces will be thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival with all touch points sanitised;
  Children will receive hand sanitiser upon entry and during party when necessary;
  Any props used for games will be sanitised prior to use & not used again during the party;
  All parents staying for the duration of the party MUST register on the NSW health app.
  Please bring individually wrapped snacks or choose party food that can be distributed
  individually to limit shared touch of food. Cupcakes instead of a cake is also recommended to
  avoid sharing;
  If any children are unwell we ask that they do attend your party;

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
   1.5 hours is total time for your party - the kids will be kept busy for this entire time being entertained
   with games, skills on the silks, interactive circuits, basic tumbling, juggling, hoops & LOTS OF FUN!
   This time includes a food break of 10-15 minutes.
   We recommend arriving 15mins before the party commences, and you may remain 15 minutes after the
   party has concluded to clean up and say goodbye to all your guests! Parties are often booked back to
   back, so a prompt departure is appreciated so we can clean between parties;
   A deposit of $50 & bond of $100 must be paid approx 2 weeks prior to your party date to secure your
   booking. Final balance is due on the day of your party, CASH PAYMENT ONLY please as our reception
   will not be open for Credit Card or Eftpos payments;
   Deposit will be deducted from final balance as long as no damage to the premises or equipment used.
   $150 deposit/bond can be paid at 2/8 Bromley Rd, Emu Plains between 9:00am -5:00pm weekdays,
   over the phone during business hours 47–357797 or by Direct Deposit

   Final payment for your party will be due on the day (less your deposit). Cash payment of party balance
   is preferred as our front reception will not be open for Credit Card or Eftpos transactions;

PLEASE NOTE:
** In the event your Party can not go ahead due to tightening Covid restrictions you will receive a full refund
of your deposit if cancelled 48 hours prior to your party date.

                                         16 - 24 children - $400
                                         25 - 34 children - $500

Saturdays – Anytime from 12:15pm                              Sundays – Anytime from 10am

          School Holiday’s - Parties can be booked on ANY DAY, ANY TIME
                          (Subject to studio & staff availability)
