                                 Will I receive a list of all the sites that showed my online advert at the
                                 end of the campaign?
                                 Yes, this list will be made available. However, some advertising networks
                                 like Google do not release the names of the individual websites. This
                                 means you may only see the name of the advertising network.

                                 How many clicks will my online advert generate?
                                 We cannot guarantee the generation of clicks. The number of clicks an
                                 advert generates is greatly influenced by the brand, message, and by
                                 the size and content of the banner, as well as the perception and user
                                 behaviour of the target group.

Contractual conditions
• This contract is subject to Austrian law with the exception of the relevant provisions on Conflict of Laws and the UN Sales Convention. Any disputes arising from this, including those arising from the conclusion of this contractual agreement, shall be subject solely to the
  jurisdiction of the respective court with responsibilities for such matters in Vienna. The provisions of § 14 KSchG in regard of the court of jurisdiction for consumers shall not be affected by these terms.
• Due to the constant fluctuation in audience figures, the offer shall remain valid for a period of 2 weeks from the date of its submission.
• Banner formats must be received no later than 5 days before the agreed campaign commencement date. If not, no guarantee can be given that the campaign can start at the agreed time.
• Particularly in cases where the campaign dates have been agreed – there can be no guarantees about when ad impressions will be viewed. The figures provided are targets, however, depending upon the audience and current demand for advertising space, the time needed to
  reach ad impression viewing goals can vary immensely. Banner advert broadcasting is managed in the same way as an auction, so there is limited control over the duration of a campaign.
