NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR
WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the VIP Concert Fly Away Sweepstakes Presented by
Cricket Wireless (“Sweepstakes”) from 12:01AM EST on July 11, 2015 to 11:59PM EST on
September 10, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia, who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), Promotions
Groups West, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies,
subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and
any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes
(collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent,
sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of
any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the
Sweepstakes; 1) Scan Card: Official sweepstakes flyer (each a “Scan Card”) will be distributed to
the public by Sponsor street team members at events, in communities and at Cricket Wireless
retail locations throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person
throughout the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of events and/or locations visited to participate.
Upon receipt of a Scan Card, participants will be instructed to hand his/her Scan Card to an
authorized Cricket Wireless retail representative at an authorized Cricket Wireless store and
provide the authorized retail representative with their email address. The retail representative will
input the participants valid email address and then “scan” the Scan Card for the applicable
participant to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Please note: A Scan Card must be
presented to an authorized retail representative at a participating Cricket Wireless store by the
close of store operating hours on September 10, 2015 in order to enter; there will be no other
method of using the Scan Card to obtain an entry. OR 2) Online: To enter without a Scan Card,
visit www.cricketsweepstakes.com/KellyClarkson and follow the instructions provided to complete
the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes random drawing. Online entries
must be received by September 10 at 11:59PM EST to be eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per
person using only one (1) email address per entry period, regardless of Scan Card method or
online method of entry or location visited to participate. Entries received from any person or email
address in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.
Scan cards will be determined to be ineligible if:
a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors;
b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied,
forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way;
c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or
use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or
d. Scan Card has any damage to the scan surface.
Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, five (5) potential
First Prize winners and ten (10) potential Second Prize winners will be selected by Administrator
in a random drawing on or about September 11, 2015 from all eligible entries received and
combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of the
total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

221361-10001Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail. Grand and
First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release
and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. Second Prize
winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and,
where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are
not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in
compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an
alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize.
Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Kelly Clarkson Piece By Piece
tour concert scheduled to take place in Palm Beach, FL on September 17, 2015. Trip consists of
roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s
residence to Palm Beach, FL, 3 days and 2 nights standard hotel accommodations (one room,
double occupancy, room and tax only), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, ground
transportation to/from hotel and concert, two (2) tier 1 tickets to the concert at the Coral Sky

Amphitheatre on Thursday, September 17 and $500 for winner only awarded in the form of a
check. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be
provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu
thereof. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,500. Actual value of trip may vary
based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be

awarded. Trip must be taken September 16 – 18 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have
no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.
Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) and
must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made
through Administrator on a carrier of Administrator’s choice. Tickets are subject to certain terms
and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Administrator. Winner
and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in
forfeiture of such portion of prize.
First Prizes (5): A Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone and six (6) months of Cricket Wireless
service with Pro Plan. ARV of each First Prize: $1,060.00.
Second Prizes (10): Each winner will receive either (i) a guitar or (ii) a microphone, each
autographed by Kelly Clarkson. Exact autographed item received to be determined by Sponsor,
in its sole discretion. ARV of each Second Prize: $500.00.
Exact autographed memorabilia to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Actual value
of autographed memorabilia subject to market fluctuations. All costs and expenses related to
prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all
federal, state and local taxes and if the Grand Prize winner incurs any additional transportation
costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities, shall be the responsibility
of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed,
except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes:
$15,800.00.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to
abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be
final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in
violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Released
Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered,
garbled, illegible or delayed entries or Scan Cards or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or
unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections,
availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable
transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected
transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other
errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network,

221361-10001typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes street team event visit, the cancellation or postponement of the applicable Kelly Clarkson Concert Fly Away concert, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Who May Participate: The Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre Concert Series Instant Win
Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes ”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years
of age or older and reside within seventy five (75) miles of Kansas City, Kansas. Employees,
officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), Promotions Groups West,
Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries,
distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all
other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively,
“Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child
and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above,
whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the Sweepstakes from the beginning of participating
Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on July 11, 2015 to the close of participating
Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on September 6, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, official Sweepstakes flyers and scan cards
(each, a “Scan Card”) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at events,
in neighboring communities and at participating Cricket Wireless retail locations throughout
Kansas City, Kansas. A complete list of all participating retail locations can be located at the end
of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes,
regardless of location visited to participate. Participants will then be instructed to visit a
participating Cricket Wireless retail location with their Scan Card and follow the directions to
provide their Scan Card to a Cricket Wireless retail representative along with the contact
information requested. The Cricket Wireless retail representative will then submit the Scan Card
and information into the computer for a participant to immediately receive a winning or a losing
message (a “Game Play”). If a winning message appears, you are the potential winner of the
specified prize. If a winning message does not appear, you are not a prize winner. All Game
Plays must be received by the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail locations to be eligible.
Limit one (1) Game Play per person using only one (1) email address throughout the
Sweepstakes Period. Participation in the Sweepstakes will be available on a first-come, first-
serve basis and Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of a Cricket Wireless retail
representative to play the game.
Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if:
a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors;
b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied,
forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way;

Prize Allocation: Each Sweepstakes prize will be randomly assigned to a specific time
throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of
participation. The participant who, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, first submits a
valid Game Play on (or the first person who submits a Game Play after that time if no one submits
it at that time) the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the prize assigned to
that time and receive a print-out from a Cricket Wireless retail representative along with an email
to the email address provided with prize claim instructions.
How to Claim Prize: Potential winners will be notified at the e-mail address provided at time of
Game Play and potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit

Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the FC Dallas Camp Experience Sweepstakes Presented
by Cricket Wireless (“Sweepstakes”) from the beginning of participating Cricket Wireless retail
location business hours on June 15, 2015 to the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail
location business hours on August 3, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years
of age or older and reside within seventy five (75) miles of Dallas/Ft.Worth, Texas. Employees,
officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), Promotions Groups West, Inc.
(“Administrator”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), FC Dallas and each of their respective
parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising,
and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or
execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the
immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of
where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to
enter or win. Void outside of the area identified above and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is
subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, Official Sweepstakes flyers and Scan
Cards (each, a “Scan Card”) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at
events, in neighboring communities and at participating Cricket Wireless retail locations
throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A complete list of all participating retail locations can be
located at the end of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person throughout the
entire Sweepstakes, regardless of location visited to participate.
Upon receipt of a Scan Card, participants will be instructed to hand his/her Scan Card to an
authorized Cricket Wireless retail representative at a participating, authorized Cricket Wireless
store in the Dallas/Ft.Worth market and provide the authorized retail representative with their
email address. The retail representative will input the participants valid email address and then
“scan” the Scan Card for the applicable participant to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
Please note: A Scan Card must be presented to an authorized retail representative at a
participating Cricket Wireless store in order to enter; there will be no other method of obtaining an
entry. Entries must be received by the dates specified in the chart above to be eligible for the
applicable Entry Period drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email
address per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry or location visited to participate.
Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if:
a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors;
b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied,
forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way;
c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or
use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or
Scan Card has any damage to the scan surface.
Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: Five (5) potential winners will be selected by
Administrator in a random drawing on or about August 4, 2015 from all eligible entries received
from all participating retail locations combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of
winning the prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received throughout all
participating retail locations throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and will be
required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a
publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned

221361-10001within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes (5): Opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to attend the FC Dallas Camp Experience at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX from August 21-22, 2015. Experience includes one (1) night accommodations in the Club Suites (one (1) room, double occupancy), meet and greet opportunity with FC Dallas players and executive staff, attendance at a coaches’ mini-clinic, an exclusive stadium tour, one (1) Cricket branded blanket, one (1) Cricket branded headband, one (1) Cricket branded backpack, one (1) Cricket branded water bottle, one (1) pair of Cricket branded soccer socks, and two (2) tickets to the FC Dallas home game on August 29, 2015. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $500. Prize Conditions: Any and all air transportation and ground transportation to/from the stadium to attend camp experience and game on August 29, 2015 will not be provided and will be winner’s sole responsibility. Exact FC Dallas and Cricket Wireless gear to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Exact FC Dallas players and executive staff in attendance at meet and greet to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Meet and greet subject to the availability of FC Dallas players and coaches. In the event Dallas players and coaches are unable to attend meet and greet, such portion of prize will be forfeited, remainder of prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets and attendance at camp experience are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize and/or removal from venue. Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any/all air and ground transportation, parking fees, meals, souvenirs and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500. Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use each winner’s name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in commerce and in any and all media now or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity, without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, participant agrees to release and hold Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activities (including travel to or participation in the FC Dallas Camp Experience), and participant assumes all liability in connection therewith. Released Parties shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed, or damaged Scan Cards or prize claims or for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes street team event visit, the cancellation or postponement of the FC Dallas Camp Experience, the processing of prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. If for any reason this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and if terminated, select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from among all participating locations up to such time. Rules.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes,
entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or
connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as
a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of
the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2)
the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at
such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any
other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e.,
costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all
rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in
connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
