THE NEW (CONNECT TO SUPPORT) SOCIAL CARE DIRECTORY We would like to introduce you to the new Social Care Directory; https://bradford.connecttosupport.org/social-care-directory/, which will replace our current Search and Shop function; https://bradford.connecttosupport.org/s4s/WhereILive/Council?pageId=2292&Se arch=#, from Monday 05 July 2021. Although this will be live on the Connect to Support website, we will not be promoting this wider, the reason for this is to give care providers and other organisations the chance to sign up to this system. To register your service either complete this form here; https://bradford.connecttosupport.org/s4s/WhereILive/Council?pageId=2718, or contact Public Partnerships Limited (PPL) on 0333 600 6330. Although you may have had an account linked to the Search and Shop, unless you have updated this since the start of the year, it will not have been moved across to the new Social Care Directory. If you have an existing account, please update and then contact PPL on the number above to confirm, they will then transfer you across to the new system. The proposed roll out for the new Social Care Directory is as follows: Stage 1: Advertise with Social Care Providers, to start now until the 31 July 2021. Stage 2: Advertise to Social Care Professionals (i.e. Social Workers), to start on the 01 August and end on the 30 September 2021. Stage 3: Advertise to people in receipt of services and to members of the public, to start 01 October. This time is to allow testing of the live system and for you as a provider to start promoting your organisation on the site. Please note that you will have to create entries for each service you provide, for example; home care, residential care, day care, transport, etc.. As you will have to advertise the different costings and information for each type. This is to help those needing services better find the support they are searching for. For any queries, please email connecttosupport@bradford.gov.uk.
