The ASA AUGIAS organize on 4-5 and 6of October 2019, as administrative promoter and the Ecurie Côte de Beauté as
technical promoter, a National Rally with foreign autorized participation, named :

The present regulations received the organization permit from LSA Nouvelle Aquitaine Nord N° 017/2019 en date
du 04/07/2019.

The 42th cross country rally DUNES ET MARAIS account for :
- French cross country Championship (pilots and co-pilots) of T1A
- Trophy cross country racing 4x4 (pilots and co-pilots)
- Challenge 2 wheels drive (pilots and co-pilots) of T1B
- Challenge SSV (pilots and co-pilots)
- Championnat de la Ligue Nouvelle Aquitaine Nord
- Challenge des commissaires de la Ligue Nouvelle Aquitaine Nord
1.3P. INSPECTIONS
Documents inspections : October 5, 2018 from 03.30 to 05.50 PM
Site : Salle des Fêtes de Saint Palais sur Mer
Crews engaged and having paid the entry fees (Except for foreign competitors paying in cash) will receive
participation’s confirmation, with information on the rally’s conduct and their hour of meeting administrative checks
on CH A (to be respected).
The REQUIRED place of unloading of the vehicles is the park near the “salle des fêtes de St Palais sur Mer”.
The REQUIRED place of reloading of the vehicules is the park near the “Gymnase de St Sulpice de Royan”.
Technical Inspection: October 4, 2019 from 04.30 to 07.05 PM
Site : Parking Centre Leclerc, Rue Lavoisier, ROYAN.
Final technical checks will be made :

Each competitor wishing to enter the 42st cross country rally Dunes et Marais will send the enclosed entry form before
September 21, 2018, midnight to (postmark).

3.1.10P
The number or participants is fixed to 130 vehicles maximum.
3.1.11.1P.
The entry fees are fixed for the amount of:
WITH the facultative publicity contracted by the Organization: 500 euros*
WHITHOUT the facultative publicity contracted by the Organization: 1000 euros
3.1.12P.
The Entry Form will be acknowledged only if accompanied by the above Entry fee (or by bank transfer for foreign
competitors, see RIB IBAN : FR76 1551 9390 8700 0211 1390 128 BIC : CMCIFR2A
Commitment payment checks will be made payable to: Ecurie Cote de Beauté.
3.1.13P.
Entry fees paid with insufficient founding checks will systematically be object of a sanction request by the
French federation FFSA (accordance with article 3.10 of the International Sport Code).
ASA AUGIAS will cash the entry form fees checks from the crews who are in possession of their road-book, and
are not at the start of the event.

ARTICLE 4P. RACING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENTS
In accordance with the regulations of the French championship of cross country rallies
4.3P : ASSISTANCE
In accordance with the FFSA standard regulations.
Assistance will be prohibited outside the sites provided for this purpose.
Support teams will be required to CLEAN THE LOCATION OF ALL TRACES OF SLUDGE left after each intervention on
competition cars.
Only one service car, per competition car, is allowed on the parc assistance.
For this vehicle, it will be obligatory to stick, on the top and left of the windscreen, the "ASSISTANCE" badge provided
by the organization. Failing, Penalty of 30 seconds and € 200 will be applied.

Compulsory collective advertising and optional advertising shall be communicated by an addendum to this special
Regulation.
5.1 : CAR IDENTIFICATION
In accordance with the FFSA rally regulations and with the regulations of the French championship of cross country
rallies.
ARTICLE 6P. SITES AND INFRASTRUCTURES
The 41st cross country rally DUNES ET MARAIS represents a total distance of 304.190.940 km (323.450 Plan B Rain),
including 1181.110.700 km(200.370 Plan B Rain) of liaison roads.
This rally is divided in 2 stages and 4 sections, and include 12 stages with a total length of 123.080 km.
Stages (or ES) are :
ES 1 / 4 Les Alluchons 7.150 KM
ES 2 / 5 Chenaumoine 5.500 KM
ES 3/ 6 Maison Neuve 8.500 KM
ES 7/ 10 Jaffe 13.200 KM
ES 8 /11 Musson 12.290 KM
ES 9/ 12 Brie 14.800 KM
6.2P. RECONNAISSANCES
In accordance with the regulations of the French championship of cross country rallies
6.2.6P
Reconnaissances shall be on :
- October 2, 2019 from 01.00 PM to 07.00 PM
- October 3, 2019 from 08.00 AM to 07.00 PM
- October 4, 2019 from 08.00 AM to 03.30 PM

Reduce speed, the paths are open to all traffic. Prohibition to carry out cross-referencing.
A convoy in 4x4 will be organized ONLY if the conditions of the ground allow it. At the discretion of the organizer.
Departure from parking Aérodrome Royan-Médis on Friday 4 of october at 07.45 AM. (start : 08.00 AM)
Only pilots and co-drivers are allowed. Mandatory tires
ARTICLE 7. RUNNING OF RALLYE
In accordance with the regulations of the French championship of cross country rallies
7.1.8P
Road books are available at the beginning of the reconnaissances, as well as two bracelets for pilots and co-pilots and
two stickers to be posted on the reconnaissance vehicles (upon presentation of the registration card and certificate of
insurance).
All competing documents (race plates, assistance, instructions, sticking of vehicles) will be handed over with the
road books.

7.6. PARC FERME
In addition to the general rules governing rallies, in a closed park at the end of the stage, cars without a watertight
door (Net) or SSV cars are allowed to put a cover on the car to protect it from Weather conditions.

In accordance with the FFSA standard regulations.

In accordance with the regulations of the French championship of cross country rallies

10.1.1P
The prize giving will take place on Sunday 07 October 2018 COZES party hall, Logis de Sorlut, after the arrival of the
last competitor on the provisional final classification of the event.
IMPORTANT: the amounts indicated for GROUPS and CLASSES prizes are based on 130 starters. The real amount will
be adjusted according to the real number of runners (see table below for 130 runners and 90 runners).

Arrival prizes scratch and groups are cumulative
Class prizes are not cumulative with arrival prizes scratch and groups and particular prizes
Group and class prices will be awarded if there are at least 5 starters in the group and 3 starters in the class
Prizes and cuts not withdrawn at the award ceremony will be lost if the crew is not duly represented
In addition to these prizes will be awarded "Primes Performance" and a price "LEGEND GROUP"
PERFORMANCE PREMIUMS :
A performance premium of EUR 50 is introduced for a total of EUR 600.
These premiums are retained in case of abandonment and can not be cumulated.
In the event of a tie, the premium will be awarded to the person who has the fastest time on the first special stage.
Any crew receiving a penalty on the special stage qualifying for the premium cancels the premium.
In case of cancellation or neutralization of the special stages, the premiums of the special stage concerned by the
table below will not be distributed.

LEGEND GROUP :
The organizer creates a special category called LEGEND GROUP title non recognized by FFSA.
These T1A and T1B vehicles must meet the following criteria:
- Chassis and motor built until 2000,
- H or sequential box
- Cantilever or central motor
The competitor must specify on the entry form his candidacy in this category which will be validated
during technical inspections.
This challenge will be put in place if there are at least 5 starters in the group and 3 starters in the class respecting the
conditions listed above.

The inscriptions in LEGEND GROUP are to be indicated on the entry form to obtain prices.
NOTE: Prizes and bonus will be sent by bank transfer after the rally (thank you to send with the request for
commitment the IDENTITY BANK / IBAN IDENTITY want to see the transfer).
10.2.P CUPS
- 2 cups to the top 8 of the scratch standings and 1 cup to the next 7,
-2 cups to the first 6 of the 4X4 Trophy (T2, T2B and T2B + combined), 1coupe to the next 2,
- 2 cups to the first 6 of the 2WD Challenge (T1B/1 and T1B/2 combined), 1 cup to the next 2,
-2 cups to the first 6 of the Challenge SSV rally (all classes), 1 cup to the next 2,
-1 cup to the first 3 of the cars "LEGEND GROUP" in T1A and T1B,
-1 cup at the first of each class (not cumulative with the scratch cups, trophy and challenge),
-2 cup "cut of the ladies pilots" for the first pilot,
-1 cup "cut of the ladies co-driver" for the first co-pilot,
- 10 marshals cups

ENVIRONRECAUTIONS ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT
The defined routes are nearby sectors with strong ecological stakes recognized by the European
Union. These are Natura 2000 areas "Marais et falaises des coteaux de Gironde" and "Marais de
la Seudre" in which are present birds, bats and natural habitats threatened, and therefore protected.
To avoid any source of pollution that can degrade these natural miles and to limit the
inconvenience of these animal species, we therefore attract all the more the attention of the
participants and the guides to the good respect of the rules particularly in terms of waste management
and maintenance / supply of vehicles and the respect of the routes and defined parking areas.
This respect guarantees the smooth running of the 2019 edition and those to come. For more
