PURE BROMONT a unique living space on the continent
The PURE BROMONT site was acquired in 2009 after quickly discovering its
extraordinary potential to create distinctive attractions in the Eastern Townships.
The geographical location of this land of some 18 million sq. ft. and the character
of the City of Bromont are the basis of our decision to acquire this site and invest
in it to develop our real estate project PURE BROMONT.

Bromont, a city in full demographic and economic growth, is a strategic area to
realize a mixed-use project like PURE BROMONT, where one finds important
recreational tourism, commercial and residential facilities. This acquisition will
become an opportunity to realize an innovative and unique concept, integrating
retail, restaurants, condo-hotels and various businesses within an already thriving
community, in a nature-oriented environment, respecting the biodiversity of the
site. The development will be carried out in harmony with the architectural values
of the City of Bromont and integrating certain signature elements of our development
company, giving a singular character to the project.

PURE BROMONT, near Montreal, is easily accessible from anywhere in the
Province of Quebec and the East Coast of the United States, allowing to benefit
from facilities such as the Thermoludic Station (innovative in North America) and
a space for shows ans events that will coexist with condo-hotels, various shops,
restaurants and cafes, connected by a pedestrian street with an atmosphere, in
perfect harmony with nature; not forgetting, amongst other things, the golf and ski
activities that are already established in the surrounding areas.

The project obtained the final authorizations from the Ministry of the Environment
in April 2018, allowing us to undertake the realization of the project in accordance
with the City’s and the Ministry’s regulations and policies, the whole with great
attention for a balanced environment and nature conservation.
