FRESH STREET – the International Seminar for the Development of Street Arts is back this year for another edition. Organised by Circostrada, ARTCENA in partnership with Galway 2020 and ISACS, the third edition of this not-to-be-missed “rendezvous” will bring together all elements of the profession – from practitioners, artists, producers, programmers, to urban environmentalists, journalists, academics, researchers and policy-makers – for three days of discussion, performances, networking and engagement. Themed Place & Identity, FRESH STREET#3 will delve into exploring the importance of place and outdoor work in cultural identity, artistic expression and developing diversity. Circostrada is the European Network for ISACS - The Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Circus and Street Arts.
