Retailing at Sprucefield
The Sprucefield Regional Centre is regarded as one of the
strongest out of town retail locations in Northern Ireland.
Sprucefield comprises two elements; to the south of the
Sprucefield roundabout is the Sprucefield Centre, which is
owner occupied by Marks & Spencer and was opened in 1989.
The Marks & Spencer store was extensively renovated and
extended in 2007 to provide a major Marks & Spencer food
