Consultation: to discuss your requirements and expectations and answer any questions you may have. The procedure will be explained in full and a general medical discussion to ensure you are suitable for the treatment. Procedure: the treatment generally takes around 2 hours depending of the treatment you have chosen. We request that you download and complete the consultation form before your appointment, alternatively arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment. Aftercare: this will be explained in detail by Dawn & her team. We will provide you with written instruction to take home. It is vital that you adhere to the aftercare instructions to ensure that you are not vulnerable to infection once you have left the environment of the clinic. Follow Up Procedure: for optimum results, clients are required to return for their retouch treatment between 6 – 12 weeks following their initial procedure. If you have had your permanent makeup treatment carried out elsewhere and would like a colour boost, please contact us to book a consultation. These treatments will be agreed on a case by case basis and Full Price Treatment may apply. To secure your booking we require a £50 non-refundable booking fee. If you change your mind, we will refund the money up to 1 weeks prior to your appointment. You can also reschedule your appointment up to 1 week before with no extra charge.
