OVERVIEW OF EXTENSION AT REAR OF THE HOTEL LE POLE SQUARE The regeneration of Le Pole Square, located in Dublin City, forms a significant archaeological site, exposing the most sensitive areas of Dublin’s medieval city. Opening in August 2021, the site will link a new street between Chancery Lane and Ship Street; connecting Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Christ Church Cathedral. On this route, a new civic square will be created over the remains of medieval settlement activity, including the unveiling of the 7th century St. Michael le Pole Church. Our proposed new tourist attraction will include displayed artefacts, a viewing aperture and platform of the excavation and historical findings of the Church. CURRENT MEETING AND EVENTS SPACE The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel offers 15 flexible meeting rooms. We work with closely with our clients to host exceptional meetings and events, offering four breakout rooms, three dedicated boardrooms, three corporate syndicate rooms and an elegant ballroom, all professionally designed for maximum comfort. The main ballroom/conference room, the Goldsmiths Hall, has pre-function areas and comfortably caters for up to 400 delegates theatre style / 270 banquet style. The Hotel is renowned for hosting conferences, lunches and gala dinners as well as breakfast briefings, seminars, training and corporate BBQ’s. FIRST FLOOR MEETING SPACE NEWLY REFURBISHED FIRST FLOOR MEETING SPACE The first floor meeting space consist of 2 large break-out rooms (Swift Suite & Field Suite) which can facilitate a maximum of 70 delegates and 50 guests respectively. Our 3 dedicated boardroom (Emmet, Connolly & Pearse Boardroom) are perfect to host intimate meetings for up to 6 delegates. 7TH FLOOR SKY SUITE EXTENSION PLANNED SKY SUITE EXTENSION The extension of the exclusive Sky Suite will see the space expand from a capacity of 50 guests to 150 guests in standing reception style. The event space will be ideal for evening dinner events, product launches, weddings and Christmas parties for up to 120 guests banquet style. EXTENSION OF BEDROOM STOCK NEW BEDROOMS COMING ON STREAM FROM OCTOBER 2019 We are delighted to add 84 new bedrooms to our current 150 which will see the bedroom stock increase to 234 from October 2019. The room types will include; standard, premium, superior, junior suite, one bedroom suite and brand new Presidential suite. We are proud to offer 9 new family bedrooms with 2 queen bed also.
