PORT BAKU RESIDENCE Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Fit-out and furniture Project duration: 2011-2015 Port Baku Residence is a unique luxury residential development enjoying superb views over the Caspian sea and the waterfront boulevard. Three residential towers accommodate 800 luxury apartments, built to the highest international standards. This stunningly attractive, and perfectly located, residential development includes not only ample parking provision and a clubhouse for residents, but also a guest reception atrium designed by world renowned interior designer, David Collins. HAJIGABUL FARM BASE Client: Agro Diary Project location: Hajigabul / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Reinforcement Concrete, Basement, MEP Project duration: 2019-2020 Azerbaijan’s largest grain storage anbar, with a capacity of 120,000 tons, is intended for storage for a long time without loss of quality of products collected from cultivated areas. Equipment with two lines, each of which is capable of receiving 200 hours-tons of products, brings the products to the front sieve for cleansing, and the purified products are sent for storage in vats. Contr. Area: 6930 sqm Office Building: 340 sqm MEP Building: 535 sqm Porter House: 100 sqm Technical construction data: Technical features of warehouse system: the total area of warehouse is 17 000 m² with storage capacity of 34 512 pallets. The low- temperature areas of the warehouse were equipped with conventional pallet racks designed for a broad product range. The height of storage racks is 6 m. This facility was provided with mezzanine floors — perfect solution for a business that needs extra space. The height of this shelving is 10 m with capacity — 23 670 picking locations. GANJA MALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Ganja / Azerbaijan Scope of work: EPC/Turnkey Project duration: 2014-2017 Shopping mall situated on the main avenue and commercial axis of Ganja the second biggest city of Azerbaijan. The pedestral traffic is aimed to be a shortcut between two streets on different levels. Designed as a visual continuity of the red brick covered city, the building has also a brick use on the facade on its contemporary and dynamic form as part of the urban context. GANJLIK MALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Fit-out and furniture Project duration: 2015-2016 Azerbaijan’s largest shopping centre, Ganjlik Mall is a retail and leisure destination arranged around a dramatic four storey central atrium that floods all areas of the mall with daylight. Appealing to a broad customer base, the mall is well located, north of the city centre, adjacent to the Tofig Bahramov Football Stadium, with direct access from the busy Ganjlik metro and bus stations. The façade of this 50,000m² shopping and leisure destination on Fatali Khan Khoyski Boulevard is finished in an interlocking composition of warm sandstone cladding and cool glass, with limestone ‘bookends’ framing the corner entrances. 28 MALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Fit-out and furniture Project duration: 2012 Located in the heart of Baku, adjacent to the city’s largest underground and overground rail stations, Mall 28 is a fully let shopping centre having achieved an impressive mix of leading retailers including Zara, Gap, Massimo Dutti, Next and Mango. AMBURAN SHOPPING MALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of work: EPC/Turnkey Project duration: 2014-2015 Located in the prestigious beach community of Bilgah, this charming outdoor mall inspired by the timeless beauty of Mediterranean architecture offers an appealling mix of retail, leisure and dining options in a relaxed courtyard setting which is perfectly matched with the neighborhood it serves. DENIZ MALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Engineering, BOH, Mall marble flooring, Doors & Ironmongery, MEP, Fit-out and furniture Designer: Chapman Taylor Project duration: 2016 – 2017 The Caspian Waterfront Mall locates in 3.5 HA land area at the western end of the Baku boulevard, projecting out into the Caspian sea. The mixed-use retail, leisure and entertainment project is an iconic development, the architectural form of which is derived from the emblem of Azerbaijan inspired by the geometric shape of the Sydney Opera House. The building is comprise 7 primary levels including 2 levels of basement parking to approximately -8m below site level. A central tower is rise to approximately 70 m. NATIONAL GYMNASTIC ARENA Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of work: Fit-out Project duration: 2013 The National Gymnastics Arena was designed to host Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics at international competition level. It will be a venue for the 2014 European Championships and the 2015 European Games as well as being the permanent home of the Azerbaijan National Gymnastics team. A striking stadium development, on the main road from the airport into the city, it provides seating for 9,000 spectators along with world- class training facilities and on-site accommodation for visiting competitors. ELEKTRA EVENTS HALL Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of works: Fit-out and furniture Project duration: 2013 Elektra Events Hall is destined to become an iconic Baku leisure destination. The interior design and dramatic lighting have been inspired by the industrial heritage of the power stations and shipyards of the Baku bay area. Elektra has been designed to hold international events and musical performances. AQUATIC CENTER PARKLAND Client: Pasha Construction Project location: Baku / Azerbaijan Scope of work: Fit-out Project duration: 2015 The parklands are laid out alongside the Baku Aquatic Centre, which was a host venue for the 1st European Games. Offering a modern take upon the classic French landscape garden, the space is articulated by small piazzas and accented by unusual architectural features while intriguing artworks and occasional events recall the popular “follies” which so often featured in the gardens of past times.
