The pizza is then placed in cold storage, which holds a maximum of 96 pizzas at a regulated 37.5º Fahrenheit / 3º Celsius. 2 The robotic plate positions the selected pizza in front of the oven. 3 The mechanism lifts the lid, pushes the pizza and box in the oven, and then lifts the pizza out of the box. The convection oven heats the base and cooks the toppings in 3 minutes or less. 4 After cooking, the pizza is placed in its box and closed. It is delivered to the customer through the dispenser. The machine is manufactured in compliance with listed applicable standards: • UL / NSF 25 / CSA • FCC (Class B/Part 15) • CE / HACCP Food & Drug Administration With proper care, maintenance, and operation, the Pizza ATM ® dispenser is designed to produce pizzas that are wholesome and free from spoilage, contamination, and adulteration. It is labeled in compliance with FDA laws, including the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. The Operator is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and making, obtaining, and maintaining in force at all times, all filings, registrations, reports, licenses, permits and authorizations required under applicable law, regulation, or order.
