Member Account Updates If you are updating the credit card we have for you on file, please remember that the option of updating credit cards on our website is only there for you to make payments. For security purposes, your credit card information is not stored on the website and does not go to accounting. If you wish to go on auto pay or have any questions about billing, please contact our financial administrator, Vicki Myers. She can be reached at vmyers@petroclub.net or 563-5090 ext. 3. Also, starting this month you will see the $25 minimum food and beverage charge back on your member account. This means you must spend at least $25 a month on food (including curbside pickup) or drinks from the club during the month of your billing cycle. If left unused, you will be charged $25. This charge had been waived for several months at the start of the pandemic when the club was closed, but we must now bring it back to keep the club financially sound during these challenging times. Your PCA Membership gives you privileges to access more than 100 reciprocal clubs we have agreements with around the globe. To visit one of these private clubs, please contact Tracy Dumas at marketing@petroclub.net with your travel dates and the club (or clubs) you wish to visit at least seven days prior to travel. If you need dining or hotel reservations, you must make your own arrangements by contacting the club you are visiting. Be prepared to pay your bill in full, as we do not allow members to send their charges back to the PCA and most clubs require full payment at the time of service.
