Salesforce brings companies and customers together Founded in 1999, Salesforce is the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Companies of every size and industry are using Salesforce to transform their businesses, across sales, service, marketing, commerce, and more by connecting with customers in a whole new way. We harness technologies that can revolutionize companies, careers, and, hopefully, our world. Salesforce is built on a set of four core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality. By making technology more accessible, we’re helping create a future with greater opportunity and equality for all. This has taken our company to great heights, including being ranked by Fortune as one of the “Most Admired Companies in the World” and one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” eleven years in a row, and named “Innovator of the Decade” and one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies” eight years in a row by Forbes. There are those who choose to work with the best and brightest. And then, there are those who want to do more than just a job. They are the ones improving lives, not only their careers. Having an impact now instead of later. Doing something that’s so much bigger than themselves, an industry, and their company. We believe everyone can be a Trailblazer. Partner with Salesforce and create a future of new opportunities. Visit salesforce.com/company to learn more about us.

Our values are central to the way we make decisions, develop products, conduct business, and engage with customers and communities. The Pathfinder Training program epitomizes these values by helping customers find great talent to drive digital transformation, all while empowering people with promising careers in tech. Trust Nothing is more important than the trusted relationships we have with our customers, communities, and everyone in our Ohana. Customer Success Our customers’ success is critical to our growth and we’re committed to succeeding together. Innovation Regularly providing new, innovative solutions gives our customers a competitive advantage. Equality Ensuring that all voices are welcome and heard increases our awareness of what is possible. Salesforce gives back Salesforce was built with the commitment to give back to the communities it serves and pioneered the 1-1-1 model of integrated corporate philanthropy, which dedicates 1% of Salesforce’s equity, 1% of employee time, and 1% of product to communities around the world.
Pathfinder: Training the next generation of Trailblazers A workforce development commitment to local communities In 2017 Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff celebrated the opening of the Indianapolis Salesforce Tower with a promise to train 500 individuals for the jobs of the future. The program has since expanded to the San Francisco Bay Area and will continue to grow, representing Salesforce’s broader commitment to serving local communities by creating a more inclusive and skilled workforce.
