Read on for our best tips on planning your Paris shopping trip including the best neighborhoods to shop in, itineraries, and all you need to know to have the best shopping experience while in Paris. Shops opening hours Some crucial knowledge when shopping in Paris is knowing typical store opening hours. Most large stores are open from 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Smaller stores typically open from 10:30am to 7pm and sometimes close between 12pm and 2pm for lunch. The weekend however, can be problematic. A lot of stores are closed on Sunday, so make sure you take that into account when planning. During sales periods or Christmas season some shops will extend their opening hours to later (9pm) and will remain opened on Sundays.
