Owston Hall Hotel Wedding & Events Venue Owston Hall boasts an impressive lineup of facilities including two golf courses, Luxury Spa and wellness centre, Beautiful grounds, Multiple function rooms, Two licensed civil ceremony rooms and so much more. We have years of experience holding weddings and all nature of other events at our venue. Every event we hold is personal to us and our staff thrive on making each and every one perfect. We have a full time professional events coordinator on hand to offer guidance and help you with any decision making along the way. Dozens of weddings happen at Owston Hall every year but to us each one is as important as the last. We have a luxury spa facility on site, wedding guests get discounted rates on access to the spa and wellness centre. We can also arrange hen do packages for the bride and her friends to enjoy a range of treatments and get a day of relaxation.

This stunning bit of kit allows guests to sign their names, add special themes and much more all via our snazzy touch screen unit. We offer highly competitive prices and also include props, duplicate copies and more within our base price. --- Firework Displays From £750.00 This has to be the ultimate add on to any wedding. Wow your guests with a beautiful firework display set off from outside our superb conservatory. We can adjust display times to suit your requirements and budget. Go on, you know you want to. --- 'LOVE' Letters £90.00 4ft high light up 'LOVE' letters. A great addition to any event! --- First Dance Confetti Shots £100.00 We love these! Two confetti shots go off during your first dance producing a cascade of confetti over the bride and groom. This is an amazing photo opportunity. You can even choose a colour of your choice to suit your wedding theme too!

If so then these are a great addition to your wedding breakfast and evening reception. We can light up the walls of your function room in a colour of your choice, just let us know what it is and we will do the rest. --- Hand Made Place Names £1.75ea We have a local lady who hand makes and hand stencils place names for us here at Owston Hall. They really are fantastically designed and made. Highly recommended. --- Chair Sashes £1.00ea You get your chair covers included with our packages so why not add a splash of colour to your wedding with these sashes. You can pick from a wide selection of colours to suit your wedding theme. These really are super popular, don't forget to add them to your wedding when you book! --- We offer more add on items but the above gives you an idea of the additional services we can offer in house.

Owston Hall Hotel Wedding & Events Venue FAQ We want to book, What is the deposit? To confirm your date we take a £500.00 deposit. Unless the event is less than 6 months away, then we take a 50% deposit. Can you serve canapés? Yes we can offer a selection of canapés for a price of £9.95 per person. Do you offer vegetarian / Vegan meals? Of course! If you let us know of any dietary requirements we will be happy to accommodate them. Do your packages include DJ? No, our packages do not include a DJ within the price. However we do have a DJ who we can recommend. Can we have fireworks? Yes, no problem. We can even supply fireworks displays directly if required. How many people can attend? Our ceremony rooms hold up to 70 people and our evening function room holds up to 125 people. We can increase the evening number by using multiple function rooms for your party when required. I would like a show round, how do I arrange this? Please e-mail our events coordinator on events@owstonhall.com and he will be happy to book you in at a time that suits you. What time does the music have to stop and bar shut? We have a curfew for amplified music of 00:00 and the main bar also closes at 00:00 for weddings. Do your packages include a registrar? No, you need to contact the local registry office to book your registrar.
