Colleague Issues and Concerns We understand that returning to the office may be a sensitive subject. As Al West has continued to reinforce, we believe in a culture of freedom with responsibility. Accordingly, we recognize that everyone has a different level of sensitivity and perspective regarding health and safety in the current environment. We ask all SEI employees to please be considerate of others through the activities in which you participate and the decisions you make. We understand that none of the measures we are taking can guarantee anyone’s health or safety when you are in an SEI facility. However, we hope the limitations surrounding everyone’s access and other protocols and policies will help to mitigate the risk of the virus’ spread. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve in the different geographic locations where we operate, we may revise or tailor our protocols accordingly. If employees, at any time, feel uncomfortable, they are encouraged to reach out to their manager, HR Partner or any member of the Workforce Development team. In addition, employees always have the option to utilize the SEI Ethics Alert Line, a reporting avenue where concerns can be addressed. The U.S. phone number is 877-705-2579, and reports can be made anonymously. Additionally, emails can be sent to seiethicscommittee@seic.com. SEI employees should be aware that failure to comply with our guidelines and expectations could result in disciplinary action. 20 London, U.K. Office 21
