Tyres4U is an Australian owned and operated organisation specialising in the import and
distribution of tyres and tubes. Tyres4U holds exclusive and non-exclusive agencies for
multiple tyre brands manufactured in many overseas countries.
Tyres4U operates in every state and territory of Australia and has 11 separate branches
strategically situated throughout Australia, with the head office located in
North Sydney, New South Wales. Tyres4U also operates 3 branches in New Zealand.

The organisation is extremely supportive of its customer’s activities, having some of the most
highly respected expert technical people in the Australian tyre industry on its staff. Tyres4U is
well placed to assist its customers in selecting the right tyre to satisfy all tyre needs.
While it is obvious Tyres4U sell tyres, additionally, we provide information technology
solutions for commercial applications and value added services such as fleet
monitoring, Cost Per Kilometer (CPK) analysis and TPMS technology for critical use
trucking applications. We have a large number of quality truck tyres with Performance
Based Standards (PBS) test data.

NSW & we insist that all tyre disposals through our supply chain are handled by
businesses complying with EPA regulations, such as Tyrecycle, who are also
TSA accredited tyre collectors & recyclers.
Tyres4U has developed & implemented its own ‘whole life of tyre management system’
insisting on the preferred use of our eco-friendly accredited range of tyres where suitable.
Tyres4U places an emphasis on the import from manufacturers of low rolling resistance tyres,
which help the environment by lowering fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Tyres4U works closely with Giti Tire, a global organisation focused on sustainable production

Joined Tyres4U in 2019 after amalgamating Tyre & Tube Australia (TTA) into the Tyres4U
business. Under Andrew’s leadership TTA grew over 23 years to be a substantial importer
& distribution company. His knowledge is invaluable for his role in the Tyres4U management
team.

Joined Tyres4U in 1987. Rick has a Bachelor of Economics & is a Chartered Accountant,

National Manager - Business Development Perry Scarfe MBA (Melb.)
Joined Tyres4U in 1987 and has held various management roles in the last 33 years. In 1999
Perry was seconded from Tyres4U Australia to the position of General Manager of the New
Zealand operation. Having spent 10 years in that role, Perry returned to Australia in mid-2009.

Manager. Henrik has international experience, at Robert Bosch GmbH supplying automotive

a Masters in Business Management in Operations & Supply Chain Management at UTS.

Chief Information Officer Gil Mayhew E trades, E post trades, E Engineering,
Project Management.
Joined Tyres4U in 1997, as Group IT Manager & was made CIO in 2009. Gil is responsible for
many innovative changes in IT, software and communications systems keeping Tyres4U at the
forefront of technology. He has over 30 years’ experience in electronics, computers, software,
communications, & management at the Department of Defence Navy & Wyse Technology.
Chief Digital Officer Daniel Wright BA in Media Studies and Production from USQ.
Joined Tyres4U in 2011, as a digital strategy specialist with a strong background in project
management. Building on this experience, Daniel is now responsible for digital strategy,
technological innovation & change within Tyres4U. Dan’s work has been recognised by
Tyres4U winning awards & achieving international recognition, including recognition in BRW
Australia’s 50 most innovative companies.

Joined Tyres4U in 2001 responsible for Tyres4U’s marketing. Gregor has held marketing
management positions with O’Brien Glass Industries, and Suntory Australia, a Fortune 500
company. Invaluable marketing experience was gained at Unilever, Lindeman Wines & for
Heineken Beer importers.

General Manager - Tyres4U New Zealand Dave McCormick
Joined Tyres4U NZ in 1997 Dave has vast experience in the tyre business and his knowledge
of the NZ tyre industry is outstanding. Dave started working in the tyre sector with Firestone
Tyre & Rubber Company NZ in 1969. Dave joined Tyres4U NZ as National Sales Manager prior
to his appointment as General Manager for NZ.

National Sales Manager - Car, 4WD and Light Truck Tyres Dragan Milicevic
Joined Tyres4U in 2011 after successfully building his own automotive business over the
previous 12 years, dealing with large fleets and government bodies. Dragan is a member of
the Australian Fleet Managers Association. In 2014 Dragan was promoted to his current role
building sales amongst key target customer groups, including Tyreright, Capricorn Society,
Ultra Tune & car dealer tyre service centres.
National Sales Manager - Truck & Bus Tyres Dean Ward
Joined Tyres4U in 1988 (previously trading as Independent Tyre Distributors/Avenue Tyres).
After 11 years in the tyre retreading business, Dean established a branch in Toowoomba,
QLD. In 1997, Dean transferred to Newcastle, NSW then to Brisbane, QLD in 2000. Dean was
promoted in 2008 building sales & relaunching TEN-24.
National Sales Manager - Farm & OTR Tyres & Tubes Graham Jones
Joined Tyres4U in 1999 as the branch manager for the NZ South Island, in Christchurch. Now
with 30 years’ experience in the tyre industry, Graham “crossed the ditch” to Australia and a
national sales role at Tyres4U.
National Sales Manager - Original Equipment Shane Tennant
Joined Tyres4U in 1999 to build a network of original equipment manufacturers supporting
brands that Tyres4U imports. Shane established himself in the UK with the heavy transport
industry, moving to Australia to work with original equipment tyre sales.
National Manager - Fleet Justin Deacon
Joined Tyres4U in 2014 as a local account manager and has been involved within the tyre
industry for over 23 years, during which he successfully owned and operated his own tyre
retail store. After 2 years Justin was promoted to National Manager. Justin is a strategically
minded, retail driven sales manager and has become a valuable asset to Tyres4U.
National Manager - Government Nick Southon
Nick has 27 years’ experience in the tyre industry in New Zealand & Australia working in
senior roles across operations, sales, and multi-site management with 10+ years in general
management of retail networks. Nick’s career in the automotive industry, working for global
organisations, has given him experience in contract negotiation & B2B management.

Dean has 18 years of tyre industry experience initially in Tyres4U Contact Centre, followed by
fleet tyre monitoring, our truck tyre retread program, key accounts including the largest bus
fleet in Australia and as manager of Tyres4U Huntingwood branch. Dean will grow Tyreright’s
sales & market share, leading & developing the growing national network of company-owned &
licenced Tyreright service centres throughout Australia.
Marketing Manager - Tyreright
Dean Wylie B.Design (VisComm)
A creative marketing specialist with a strong background in graphic design, brand development,
retail advertising & project management. After completing a Visual Communication degree
Dean worked in one of Sydney’s most successful advertising agencies. Dean joined Tyres4U in
2003 and has held several roles since that time. With over 15 years experience in the creative/
marketing industry, Dean is now responsible for marketing within the Tyreright network.
Group General Manager - Solid Plus
Jamie Anderson
Jamie joined Tyres4U in February 2008 as NSW State Sales
Manager Solid Plus. Jamie previously worked with Bridgestone,
Beaurepaires and Goodyear in various management positions,
most recently Goodyear Australia as Major Accounts Manager,
specialising in industrial, heavy industrial and off the road tyres. In July 2011, Jamie was
promoted to National Sales Manager Solid Plus. Jamie brings to Solid plus more than 20 years
of experience in the commercial/industrial tyre service industry. Jamie has also been a regular
contributor to the Australian Industrial Trucking Association for more than 10 years. In October
2014, Jamie was promoted further to General Manager Solid Plus.
National Operations Manager - Industrial Tyres
Gary Watts
Gary has over 16 years experience in the tyre industry specialising in industrial tyres.
Employed by Beaurepaires as a sales representative for industrial tyres before moving on to
National Product Manager for industrial tyres at South Pacific Tyres and joined the Solid Plus
team in 2006 as National Sales Manager for Industrial Tyres.
