What is the Retrospective Rate Agreement (RRA)? “RRA funds” are funds that have accumulated as a result of a contractual agreement between the ASRS and UnitedHealthcare which mandates that 2021 Monthly NEW revenue in excess of medical costs and negotiated expenses be returned to the Monthly Premium 2021 Savings ASRS.
