Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre Free shuttle bus The Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre (KLTC) is in Chulan Tower on Jalan Conlay within Kuala Lumpur city centre. Certain services postgraduate programmes such as applied (On open day only) psychology, business and management, education, politic, history and international relations are delivered in KLTC. Operating Subang Jaya – Nottingham – Subang Jaya hours on weekdays are from 8.30am to 10.30pm and on weekends when there are Subang Jaya to University of Nottingham Malaysia classes, it is from 9am to 6pm.
