Serve with roasted vegetables or a mixed salad. 250ml/9fl oz milk 85g/3oz cheddar cheese, grated C O O K ’ S T I P For roasted vegetables to serve with the lasagne, 115g/4oz or 6 sheets dried mix 85g/3oz roughly chopped fennel, 55g/2oz carrot, diced, lasagne 85g/3oz peeled and deseeded squash, 70g/21/2oz leeks, sliced with 2 tbsp vegetable oil and salt and pepper in a roasting tin. Roast at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30–40 minutes, turning once or twice until lightly browned and tender. His main interests are nature, art, typography, architecture and design. Jesús was born in Madrid but lives in Stockholm together with his wife and their three children.
