MASS COLLECTION GOD IS INFINITE Deacon Larry Vaclavik discusses the ways we think about God. It's important for us to understand exactly when Christ rose, when Christ was incarnate, when Christ walked among us, when Christ died, and how expressive this was of the love of God for each of us.
Reflection Questions: 1. When Christ when he rose, was incarnate and walked among us, how expressive was this of the love of God? 2. If God is infinite what does that mean? 3. How do you talk about God? All are welcome to share reflections as well as any comments and questions with Deacon Larry at deaconlarry@sttheresa.cc. Stay tuned! There is a new episode every Thursday. Follow reNEWed on iTunes, Spotify, Anchor, Google Podcasts, Player FM, Pocket Casts, or RadioPublic. "BEHOLD, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW" As we continue our Easter season, our readings this weekend detail the missionary travels of Paul and Barnabas, the powerful unification of heaven and earth in the
Book of Revelation, and Jesus' new commandment to his followers: "Love one another." From the beginning to the end, the story of the Bible could be summed up by the words of Christ from John's great vision in Revelation: "Behold, I make all things new." We love home renovation shows for this reason -- the taking of the old and, not discarding it, but renewing it and making it even better and more beautiful than the original. This is our destiny before the Lord, the God who calls us to restoration and renewal. Even our suffering, our wounds, and our trauma can be renewed for God's glory. Just look at the Cross! God wants you to be restored and renewed. How will you respond? Consider watching the below clip from Bishop Barron's series: "Priest, Prophet, King" which details how Jesus wants to become the King of our very hearts.
