On behalf of the Membership and Staff of Knollwood Country Club, welcome to our family of Members!
Thank you for choosing to become part of the KCC family and know how excited we are to get to know
you and provide you with only the best of service while together we share many great moments over
the years to come.
Since 1894, Knollwood Country Club has been a beacon of private club hospitality in New York’s
exclusive Westchester County, and as we look forward to 2021, we are beyond excited to welcome a
multi-million dollar reinvention that will bring with it: a brand new restaurant & lounge with
modernized amenities and media, a private wine room for intimate Member dinners and an expanded
outdoor covered dining space with fire features, media & music and heaters for year-round fun. We are
also updating the club’s private event space, Locker Rooms and Club Offices while continuing golf
course and aquatic center improvements. Together, as Members and Staff, we are building our future
to make Knollwood Country Club the absolute best in all aspects of hospitality, fun, and service.

Golf at Knollwood Country Club
The Course
Originally designed in 1894 by Lawrence Van Etten measured some 5,300 yards. A neighboring
property was purchased at the urging of A.W. Tillinghast who had been retained to redesign the
course in 1925. Tillinghast was replaced a year later by Seth Raynor, who died before the course was
completed. To finish Raynor’s work, his protege, Charles Banks took over in 1927. All three are given
credit for the current design of the course. The course begins with a flourish and culminates with an
amazing par 4 18th hole. But that’s not all . . . there’s a stunning short par-three 19th hole at
Knollwood for unresolved swing thoughts or to settle up. In the Fall of 2016 Knollwood Country
Club completed a restoration project that included bunker and tree work in addition to extending
the 10th tee and redesigning the 12th green and 13th tee complex. The current yardage now plays
6,532 yards.

Golf Leagues
The Knollwood Men’s Thursday Night Golf League: Open to any male golf
member with an established handicap interested in gathering for golf and social events at
the club. The league runs mid-June through August weekly on Thursdays starting at
4:30pm. The fee to join is $250 which includes prize money and an end of season party.
Please talk to the golf professional staff for more information on how to join!

The Knollwood Women’s Golf League: The Knollwood Country Club Ladies Golf
League is open to any golf member interested in gathering for golf and social events at the
Club.
Golf games will be organized every Tuesday and Wednesday with a 5:30 PM Shotgun each
day beginning Tuesday, June 8th (week after Memorial Day) and ending Wednesday
September 1st (week before Labor Day).
Weekly check-ins will begin at 5:00PM and we will have varying games with team and
individual formats. (Please see attached schedule).
• So you may play with your partner, sign up individually if your partner is not
available or you’re only able to play some days (previously referred to as a
substitute).
Each week we will have an individual $5.00 cash Buy-In and Payout. You can play on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays or both days if you choose.
Weekly sign-ups will be done on MembersFirst Tournament Sign Up or you can call/stop
in the Golf Shop.
Ladies Golf Clinics: Every Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the Play of the Day from
4:30-5:00 PM - Nate and/or a KCC Golf Professional will be conducting a Ladies Clinic going
over various shots each week.
If you are playing golf that day or not - come out and join us for the Clinic.
Cost will be $20.00 Cash per participant
Each Tuesday and Wednesday after golf, we will be gathering on the Porch for scoring and
results of that day’sevent. Winnings will be distributed over refreshments.

Tennis & Bocce at Knollwood Country Club
Knollwood Country Club offers members the opportunity to play on two Har-Tru tennis courts.
Meet other members while attending our many tennis social events. Book a court with your
family or friends, sign up for a clinic or schedule a lesson. Lessons both private and semi-private
along with clinics throughout the season are available to all ages.
Our two Bocce Courts conveniently located near the tennis courts and pool complex are a great
gathering spot for young and old alike. Enjoy a cocktail while playing a game with your friends
and family! Members can be found enjoying the courts late into the evening after dinner in the
Grill, a round of golf or stepping off the courts.

General Clubhouse Dress Code
While the dress code at Knollwood Country Club
allows for casual attire and denim in all areas of the
clubhouse, please note no bathing suits (even with
cover-up) outside of the pool area, men’s tank
tops/cutoffs, distressed or frayed blue jeans or
clothing with inappropriate/vulgar language will be
allowed. Club management is the sole judge of what
is appropriate. The Club will notify Members of
specific dress requirements periodically and for
special events.

Knollwood Country Club Pool Operations
The aquatics area presents a generous sized swimming pool with lap lanes, a fully
enclosed gated toddler pool and a poolside grill. The pool season begins Memorial Day
weekend and runs through Labor Day.
• The pool hours of operation for Tuesdays -Sundays are 10:30-Dusk,
first come, first serve.
• No reservations are needed except for the Cabanas. These will be $100
per day.
• Pool capacity is limited to a maximum of 50 Members.
• Outside Food and Beverage is not permitted at the pool.
• Pool Grill will be open Tuesdays - Sundays from 11:00am - 7:00pm.

Members Only Website — www.kccclub.org
Our Members Only Website is a key tool for new and existing members alike helping to keep
you up to date on everything happening at YOUR club! You can make tee-times, view
upcoming events, make dining reservations, view dining menus, club governing documents
and search for Members using the Member Directory.
When you initially visit the Members Only Website, you will log in with your username and
password. The user name will be “000”or “0000”(the numbers) followed by your member
number with the caveat that the user ID must be 8 numbers, no letters. Your password will
default to Password1 and upon logging in, you will be required to create a unique password.
If you ever need to update, reset, or change your credentials for the Members Only Website
please email Shannon McQuarry at smcquarry@heritagegolfgroup.com.
Statements & Payments
If you have questions with your statement please contact the department in which you
have the question, ex. Golf, Tennis, Food & Beverage or the Club Controller, Eri Gjocaj
at egiocai@heritagegolfgroup.com.
ACH Payment
Another great option to pay your bill is through ACH payment. Just complete an
authorization form and return to our Club Accountant. There is no additional fee and
your payment will run on the 15th day of each month.
