Guadalupe County Children’s Advocacy Center Receives Proclamations The Mayor and City Council presented a proclamation to Ms. Christy Williams, Executive Director of the Guadalupe County Children’s Advocacy Center, declaring April 18 – 24, 2021 as “National Crime Victims’ Rights Week” in the City of Selma.
