ORDER INFORMATION
Return Policy: Products may be returned only under the following conditions:
• A return goods authorization number must be obtained by the Kappler Customer Service
Department. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• The RGA # must be written clearly on the package being returned.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight costs incurred.
• Only complete, unopened cases of the current product offering will be eligible for return.
• Products must be returned in resaleable condition or credit will not be issued.
MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED Products may NOT be returned if:
RETAIL PRICING • Invoice date exceeds 90 days.
• Product is obsolete, damaged or not usable.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING FOR MULTIPLE • Product is contained in non-standard packaging.

other clothing, Kappler’s garments are designed
so that “combination sizes” comfortably fit the vast
majority of users. Plus, with only five size options
(versus the normal eight), you can simplify ordering
logistics and reduce inventory requirements.
Kappler garments are available in a standard range
of “combination” sizes from Small/Medium to 2X/3X.
Additional sizes including XS, 4X and larger are
