 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
                                  INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Please read these rules before entering the Magical Wish Holiday Sweepstakes Presented by Amazon (the “Sweepstakes”). You
agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all
Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of
eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter
the Sweepstakes. Employees of Amazon Services.com LLC (the sponsor of the Sweepstakes (“Sponsor,” “we” or “us”)), Disney
Destinations, LLC ("Prize Provider”), and our and Prize Provider’s employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic
partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and employees of our and Prize Provider’s affiliates,
advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on October 8, 2021 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m.
(PT) on December 31, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, you must visit www.amazon.com/magicalwishsweepstakes
and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering
this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each
sweepstakes separately.

Prize.

One (1) Prize: Winner will receive a 2-Night stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL on the nights of May 30
and May 31, 2022 (the “Resort”) and a Disney Cruise Line 3-Night Bahamian cruise from Port Canaveral, FL aboard the Disney
Wish cruise ship with a set-sail date on or about June 1, 2022 (the “Cruise Ship”) (Resort and Cruise Ship are collectively referred
to as the “Vacation Package”) for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests” and together with the winner, the “Group”)
consisting of:

    •    Roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Group between a United States gateway airport close to winner's residence (as
         determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) (“Departure Airport”) and the Orlando International Airport in
         Florida (“Arrival Airport”) (with possible layovers; airport, airline carrier and flights to be selected by Prize Provider in
         its sole and absolute discretion) on May 30, 2022; provided, however, if the winner resides within 200 miles of the
         Resort, air transportation will not be provided. If winner resides within a 200-mile radius of destination, ground
         transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be provided for any difference
         in prize value;
    •    Roundtrip ground transportation for the Group between the Arrival Airport and the Resort (ground transfers to be
         selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) on May 30, 2022; provided, however, if winner resides within two
         hundred (200) miles of the Resort, ground transportation will not be provided;
    •    Room accommodations for the Group consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons) for
         two (2) consecutive nights on the evenings of May 30 and May 31, 2022 at a Resort hotel selected by Prize Provider in
         its sole discretion;
    •    Up to four (4) 1-Day tickets with Park Hopper® Option for the Group for admission to the theme parks at the Resort
         (subject to restrictions, including, without limitation, that to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid admission

for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up; learn more at
         https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/);
    •    One (1) Disney Gift Card (for winner only) with a value of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) (subject to restrictions);
    •    Ground transportation from the Resort to Port Canaveral, Florida on June 1, 2022;
    •    A 3-Night cruise for the Group with a tentative sail date of June 1, 2022 that includes the following:
             o One (1) Stateroom aboard the Disney Wish cruise ship (location, category, room type and all other aspects of
                  the Stateroom to be selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion). Maximum occupancy four (4) people;
             o All meals onboard the Disney Wish (except for adult-exclusive dining, bottled water, alcoholic beverages and
                  specialty drinks);
             o Pre-paid gratuities, Taxes, and Port Expenses (as defined on https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/);
             o Onboard gratuities for Stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server, and head server; and
             o One (1) Castaway Cay Getaway package (as in effect at the time of sailing) for up to four (4) guests' enjoyment
                  while visiting Castaway Cay; and
    •    Ground transportation from Port Canaveral, Florida to the Orlando International Airport on June 4, 2022.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). Actual value of the Vacation
Package may vary based on factors at the time of booking, including, but not limited to, hotel rates, airfare fluctuations and
distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the
difference in cash or credit.

Vacation must be taken on May 30 – June 4, 2022 for the tentative June 1, 2022 set sail date aboard the Disney Wish cruise
ship or on such other dates as Prize Provider may select in its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever, including, without
limitation, if the tentative June 1, 2022 set sail date is postponed or cancelled by Disney Cruise Line considering public health
guidance from health authorities, such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and/or appropriate government
agencies or otherwise becomes unavailable for any reason. If a potential winner is unavailable to travel during the designated
timeframe for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected
(time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing

Vacation Package fulfillment and travel are subject to certain restrictions, air travel/flight availability, and hotel/room
availability at the Resort and on the Cruise Ship. Travel may not occur during airline block-out periods. Redemption of all
elements of the Vacation Package must be completed by June 4, 2022 (or on such other dates as Prize Provider may select in
its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if the tentative June 1, 2022 Disney Wish cruise ship set-sail date becomes
unavailable) or the Vacation Package in its entirety will be forfeited. No extensions will be granted. Travel for the Vacation
Package must be booked through a travel agent as designated by Prize Provider. Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply
including airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for
upgrades. Sponsor and Prize Provider are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight and/or ground
transportation cancellation/delay. Vacation Package and all elements thereof (including, without limitation, theme park
tickets) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash,
traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above. Any damaged, lost or stolen
theme park tickets, gift cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced.

The Group must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation (if included in the Vacation Package) must be
round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport as chosen by Prize Provider. All elements of the Vacation
Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the
redemption of the Vacation Package. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation
Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation
provided to the winner. Parks, attractions,entertainment and other offerings subject to availability, closures and change or
cancellation without notice or liability. Admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Prize Provider and/or its
affiliated companies reserve the right to cancel any offering. The Group must have and are solely responsible for obtaining all
necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel, including, but not limited to, a valid U.S. driver’s license
or government issued passport (if applicable). Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is
the Guests’ responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation

to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website
at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests
of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the
Vacation Package (including, without limitation, theme park tickets, etc.) that the winner does not accept or is unable to use
for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. Prizes will be fulfilled by Prize Provider,
or its respective prize provider agencies. If you are selected as a potential winner, Prize Provider, or its respective prize provider
agencies will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. Sponsor and Prize Provider
are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air
carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, other prize provider agencies or any other persons providing any
prize-related services or accommodations. All portions of the Prize are subject to availability and change and are at Sponsor
and Prize Provider’s sole discretion.

The winner will: (a) be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize including, but not limited to,
transportation between the winner’s residence and the Departure Airport, taxes, airport transfers, airport departure fees and
taxes, any additional transportation not expressly stated herein, hotel room service, service charges, resort fees or taxes,
parking fees, laundry service, spa treatments, nursery charges, additional meals/food not specifically stated herein, alcoholic
beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, additional tips and gratuities not specifically stated herein, incidental expenses, baggage
costs, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including internet, excursions, travel insurance,
charges for changing dates and/or reservations (if permitted by Prize Provider in its sole discretion), and any other charges not
explicitly included herein; and (b) be required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Prize Provider
in order to claim the prize. Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Prize
Provider will issue all tax documents including a 1099 form to the winner.
Winner and guests are also responsible for understanding and complying with any COVID-19 travel restrictions set by their
origination or destination cities, states, or countries, including but not limited to, requirements relating to registering for travel
authorizations, obtaining and displaying current COVID-19 test results and obtaining and presenting vaccine
passports/vaccination cards.

Winner and guests, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine, must comply with any and all COVID-19-related
requirements of Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney Cruise Line, including but not limited to face coverings, physical
distancing and temperature screenings. The CDC has issued a Level 3 Travel Notice recommending that all people who are not
fully vaccinated avoid any travel on cruise ships.                            The complete notice is available at
https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/covid-3/coronavirus-cruise-ship and is subject to change by the CDC without notice. If
a threshold of COVID-19 is detected on board the cruise ship during a voyage, the voyage will be ended immediately and the
ship will return to the U.S. port of embarkation, and your subsequent travel, including the winner’s and Guests’ return home,
may be restricted or delayed. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens
and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By staying at Walt Disney World® Resort and sailing
with Disney Cruise Line, each winner and Guest voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Before taking the

Disney Cruise Line may in its sole discretion and without prior notice change, substitute, postpone, cancel or deviate from any
scheduled sailing, itinerary or call at any port, and may substitute another vessel for the ship, and neither Sponsor, Prize
Provider nor their affiliated companies shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred by winner or winner's Guests as a result
of any such change, substitution, postponement, cancellation or deviation. Winner and guests shall pay any and all expenses
incurred if detained on board ship or elsewhere at any stage of a voyage because of quarantine, port regulations, prevailing
applicable law, illness or other cause such as detection of COVID-19 onboard. Disney Cruise Line may refuse to transport or
may debark at any port any guest who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease (including, but not limited to
COVID-19) without compensation whatsoever.
Prize Drawing. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about January 4, 2022. We must
receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for entrants to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential
winner using the e-mail address associated with potential winner’s entry immediately following the drawing, and potential

winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, as determined by us in our
sole discretion. Potential winner and potential winner’s guests will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release
prior to booking of any travel. Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied
by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or
guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with
the Disney Cruise Line vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent
or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

Potential winner and potential winner’s guests also must sign and return any additional documentation necessary for prize
fulfillment as requested by Sponsor, Prize Provider, or their respective prize provider agencies in their sole discretion. Failure
to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winner acknowledges
that winner is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the prize or
any prize-related activity. Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express written consent of Prize
Provider, which may be withheld for any reason in its sole discretion. A winner may not charge any Guest for participating in
the Vacation Package. Prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, expressed or
implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Additional Terms. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules
or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs,
unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness
or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete,
or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries;
(b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or
transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone,
computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry
information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage
to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our
sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes
or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed
or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the
Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of
a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the
natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than
the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a potential
prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may
award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. The Sweepstakes and all accompanying
materials (except for Prize Provider’s materials) are © 2021by Amazon.com Services LLC, and its affiliates. All rights reserved.
We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs)
that, by accepting the prize, we and Prize Provider, along with each of our respective parents, related, affiliated, and subsidiary
entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will have
no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including,
without limitation, death, and attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the
acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity including travel, or participation in the
Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. Except as otherwise provided
in the following paragraph, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of

these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the State of Calfiornia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and
exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no
event to include attorneys’ fees. You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Prize Provider arising
out of or connected with the prize provided by Prize Provider as described above, the use thereof and/or any other action
against Prize Provider in connection with or arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any
form of class action, and exclusively before state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. You further agree that any and
all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys'
fees. All disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with such prizes, the use thereof and/or any other
action against Prize Provider in connection with or arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of
the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the
State of Florida.

The winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, we and/or Prize Provider (or its affiliated companies) may use the
winner’s and winner's guests' name, image or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our and/or Prize Provider's (or its
affiliated companies) promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. In the event
there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional
materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

Winner’s List. After we confirm the winner, we will post the winner's name for six (6) weeks from the date of winner
confirmation at www.amazon.com/magicalwishsweepstakes.
