The highly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey film is a film adaptation of the bestselling
book that became a global phenomenon. Since its release, the “Fifty Shades” trilogy has been translated
into 51 languages worldwide, selling over 100 million paper back and e-book copies making it one of the
fastest-selling book series ever.
Released the day before Valentine’s (on February 13th), the movie is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson,
produced by Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti, alongside E. L. James, the original storywriter.
Selected to suit the Christian Grey’s extravagant lifestyle and millionaire taste, Boca do Lobo Design Studio
were commissioned to design and make furniture for the film’s set. Fully embracing the 50 Shades of Grey
character and style, Boca do Lobo’s design is synonymous with luxury and exclusivity.
Inspiring future interior decorations, each piece was carefully selected for it’s scene, in a bid to bring
passion and personality for it’s setting. Boca do Lobo’s provocative and seductive design will “tease” all

BROOKLYN | BAR CABINET
Inspired from the composition and typology of Boca do Lobo’s famous Mondrian, the Brooklyn was
designed to be a mini bar. However, it can easily be converted into an elegant bedside table. This exquisite
piece of furniture is part of the Soho Collection and considered a true collectors piece. The Brooklyn mini
bar’s high-gloss black lacquer finish (also available in white) and subtle yet elegant leather accents, is
guaranteed to bring a classic touch to any home décor.
