APPENDIX D List of Case Law and Other Interpretative Materials on the Right to Education (Systematised) This is an essay of systematisation of around 120 judgements of international and national Courts and Tribunals, as well as about 30 General Comments of the United Nations Human Rights Committees (for the sake of the normative development), organised following the various elements of the integrity of the right to education.
