We are excited to welcome Assisted Living Communities to the 2018 KAHCF/KCAL
Annual Meeting this year, and in celebration we invite you to join us for our complimentary
KCAL DAY! This inaugural event takes place on Thursday, November 15, at the Galt House in
Louisville. We look forward to having you join us to learn more about how KCAL and the National Center for
Assisted Living can help you provide quality care and gather with your peers to exchange ideas. All you need
to do to take part in this FREE event is register you and your community by RSVP’ing to Mallory Wafzig at
mwafzig@kahcf.org. Please list your facility name, first and last name of staff attending and their title.

The Kentucky Center for Assisted Living (KCAL) represents the ever-growing assisted living population
in Kentucky, which currently serves thousands of individuals across the state. KCAL serves as an
advocate for these assisted living communities on public policy issues and provides important
professional development for staff to care for their residents and families. KCAL members are also
represented on a national level as a member of the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL).
