43GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. VALIDITY
a. These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client and
projectmythentrade, Goldau.
b. All other terms and conditions are invalid, unless specifically agreed with projectmythentrade.
c. If a product identified in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately
in the order confirmation.
d. Contracts shall be concluded in German, French or English only. In the event of any
discrepancies between the German version and a non-German version, the terms of the German
version will apply.
2. RETAIL PRICES
a. For customers residing in Switzerland the relevant prices are in CHF and exclude 7.7 % VAT.
b. Delivery outside Switzerland will be calculated in CHF. VAT will not be included in the price.
c. For orders from the catalog the prices are binding until the next catalog is published.
d. For online orders the prices stated at the time of ordering apply.
e. The payment for the items is made by the payment method shown in the order process
(Invoice).
3. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
a. Payment is due within 30 days of the billing date in Switzerland and foreign countries.
b. projectmythentrade is authorised to add the costs of obtaining late payments to the customer’s
debt.
4. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
For orders amounting to less than CHF 50.00 (net) we allocate an extra charge for small
quantities of CHF 10.00.
5. CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Packing and shipping costs are allocated as follows:
a. Shipping and packaging costs are charged up to a goods value of CHF 500 (excl. VAT)
b. No charge for merchandise value of more than CHF 500.00 (excl. VAT).
c. Overseas delivery costs for shipping and packing, including customs charges where applicable,
are payable by the customer.
d. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer.

6. DELIVERY PERIOD
a. From the warehouse: Within 5 days (30 days maximum) of receipt of order, or subject to
agreement.

b. Delivery delays: We accept no responsibility for delivery delays in the case of acts of God, war,
strikes or other occurrences.
c. Data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at
all times with the current technology. Therefore, we are neither liable for the continuous and
uninterrupted availability of the online shop, nor for technical and electronic errors beyond our
control during an ordering transaction.
7. COMPLAINTS/RETURNS

a. Complaints must be received in writing by projectmythentrade within 10 days of the receipt of
the goods.
b. Defective goods will be exchanged within 10 days at no cost.
c. In case of damages in transit complaints must be directed to the transport company
immediately.
d. Goods are transported at the receiver’s risk.

8. GUARANTEE/COMPENSATION
a. Knives and tools come with a lifetime guarantee against any defects in material and
workmanship (2 years for electronic components).
b. Watches come with a guarantee for 1 year.
c. Further claims for damages will not be accepted.

a. Delivered goods remain the property of projectmythentrade until complete payment has been
received.
