As a Food Operations Manager it means having the courtesy to ensure that all customers have a healthy, safe and enjoyable customer service experience here at “On Spot Café”. It is also my responsibility to make sure that the employees are following all policies and procedures while encouraging them to have a professional and personable behavior with the customers and coworkers. How has your (NAF) job affected you? The office has affected me with some of the best 30 years of my working life. I have gained so many friends that I am able to call family.
