Welcome Tauranga Jazz Society President: Graeme Purches he Tauranga Jazz Society welcomes you to another great T festival celebrating jazz in all its forms, and a few musical bonuses as well. Jazz is alive and well in Tauranga, and poised to enter a new growth phase driven by young performers, new talent, and more planned events. The Tauranga Jazz Society has a long history of supporting jazz education in our community, and we are extremely proud to be hosting the 41st National Youth Jazz Competition at the 2018 festival. 41st National Youth Jazz Competition The hottest young jazz talents in WHEN & WHERE the country hits the stage as they Wednesday 28 March-Friday contend for trophies and glory. 30 March Baycourt Community & Arts or 41 years the National Youth Jazz Centre, Addison Theatre F Competition has showcased the very best emerging jazz players from across New COMBOS Zealand.
