Dear Leaders and Consultants,
Happy New Year! 2020 is the year where all things are possible and having the faith that you can achieve
anything when you have a clear focus. Our vision for this business is GROWTH. Since BOOST National
Conference we saw an unprecedented turnaround in the business and with that we want to continue the
momentum. And to do this we are launching new programmes that are the building blocks to achieve
your goals.
Firstly, we are launching our 3rd version of Lite Start with new and exciting rewards for sharing the
opportunity. This programme has been instrumental in achieving the sponsoring momentum that has
helped build new leaders. Back in August, this programme allowed us to achieve a month in sponsoring
that has never been achieved in PartyLite Australia history. Don’t break what doesn’t need to be fixed!
Partner Lite Start with a brand new programme, Fast Start, that rewards new Consultant’s sales in the first
full business month, and you now have a recipe for success. All these programmes build strong, sustainable
businesses, and the rewards don’t stop there. We are also launching a new “Step Up Bonus” Programme for
all levels up to Regional Leader. Yes, that’s right – cash bonuses for rank ups.
All this is building a laser focused growth in your business. At Leader Summit in sunny Adelaide this month
we will workshop these programmes and more to provide training that can be taken away and shared in
your team meetings to have maximum impact. For those who have registered for Summit, I am looking
forward to spending some valuable time together strategising and also have a little fun!
This month we celebrate the fruits of our sponsoring revolution as we welcome more new Unit Leaders to
our leadership team. Please join me in welcoming our new Unit Leaders Alisha Serridge, Coralie Talbot, Kerri
Charlton, Louise Burgess and Stephanie McCoubrie. By sharing the PartyLite opportunity, leadership could

This month we are also launching our Volume 1 Catalogue that showcases a brand new product range
in Home Fragrance called BeBalanced. The offering is simply divine, allowing us to create new in-home
experiences through our Fragrant Oils and Soy Candles.
The new start to the year is definitely a time when we all assess where our internal compass is leading us,
therefore this is our biggest opportunity to #sharewhatyoulove and #lovewhatyoudo. Wishing you all the

I love to inspire my team and share my love of our beautiful products with others. When
I signed on to become a consultant it was really just to make a bit of extra money after
my second child was born. I soon found I loved getting out and socialising with my
‘groupies’ and ‘newbies’, and also loved to share the products and how they could be
styled in their home on my FB page. It gives me a creative outlet amongst the general
busy chaos of my life, and the products in my home have brought calm, balance and
happiness. I love motivating others, pushing myself and being a leader. This year I have
found it has been wonderful to help others indulge in their love of the product and
