Principle Terms & Conditions Position: Managing Director Remuneration: £95,194 Benefits: Pension 15% (6% employee contribution with 9% from the company), Car allowance (£6,300 annually) Location: Irvine Hours: 36 hours per week Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (leave increase by 1 day every 2 years to a max of 33 days leave) Notice Period: 3 months 12
