MANAGEMENT Andrew Ryu, Chairman Andrew Ryu is a seasoned and experienced entrepreneur and operator in public and private companies with over 20 years of experience. Graduate of McMaster University and University of Toronto. He is the founder and CEO of TLA Inc., president of business development of Archer Education Group and founder and former CEO of Loyalist Group Limited (TSXV: LOY), which was nominated as the top TSXV company in 2013, ranked fourth in 2014 and was the top pick of the street in 2014. He was nominated of EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014. He serves as Chairman of Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE: GBLC) until recent. John McMullen , CEO John has over 20 years experience in international capital markets, focus on micro and small cap public companies and cannabis industry thought leader and enterprise builder. Paul Haber (CPA, CA, Cdir), CFO Mr. Haber has been involved in corporate finance and capital markets for over 25 years as an banker, investor and entrepreneur. He has served as the CFO and Audit Committee Chair of many public and private companies. Mr. Haber started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PwC LLP. MANAGEMENT Lena Kozovski, VP Operation Lena has worked extensively with senior executives, board members, and investors internationally, supporting their talent management needs across a broad spectrum of areas including Senior level strategic hiring, Board and C-Suite and recruitment, advisory services, executive assessment/succession and critical volume-based recruiting projects as well as Diversity and Inclusion projects. Prior to establishing Element Search Partners, Ms. Kozovski held leadership roles for large global companies including CN Rail and TD Bank. She launched her career in search 20 years ago and was most recently a Principal at a large global firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource development from the Ryerson University in Toronto and has completed several certificates and courses aligned with her current role. Ms. Kozovski serves as Advisor for Proudfoot, an Executive Committee member for Women in Mining, Toronto as well as a member of Women in Mining, UK. Lena is a proponent for diversity and inclusion within the industry and has aligned with several strategic partners to promote and advance females within the industry. Tony Hyland, Director Sales - Film & Production Tony has over thirty-five year career in the entertainment industry beginning in the west coast music scene. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to from Cobra Custom Case Co. specializing in manufacturing and rental of specialized equipment for the music industry. Today, Tony is a managing partner of Cedarwood Studios Corp. whose goal is to improve Vancouver's Studio infrastructure. After many years of working in the various markeshif stages in Vancouver, Tony concluded there must be a more efficient way. It is now his goal with his partners at Cedarwood Studios to build true state of the art soud stages for the growing film industry in the Vancouver area. Tony has an extensive network of contacts in the film industry, including Studio Heads, Directors, and Executive Producers from some of the biggest budget feature film producvers including Paramount, Disny, Netfilx, Fox, Searchlight, Amblin Entertainment to list a few. Tony attended British Columbia Institute of Technology. Trevor Priest, Director Sales - Transportation Trevor Priest has over 30 years demonstrated success in sales, marketing and product development. Working with engineers and developers to create transportation and logistics technologies that improve a fleet operator’s safety, compliance and overall business process. BOARD OF DIRECTORS Young Cho Lee Young Cho Lee (CPA) has BA in Accounting and MBA from Hanyang University in South Korea. He worked in accounting, finance, and auditing department at LG Group- headquarter, overseeing all subsidiaries including LG Electronics, LG Construction, and LG Chemicals. He was responsible for management and consulting projects, specializing in M&A and restructuring. After leaving LG, he founded and operated an educational institution for 15 years in Vancouver After successful exit from education industry, he started mobile communications and IT mobile platform businesses in Vancouver and Toronto. He has extensive experience in management, restructuring, financial management, and sales & marketing strategy Richard Yoon Richard is currently the CEO of ZTE Canada responsible for ZTE’s business in Canada. Richard joined ZTE Canada in April, 2015 as Director of Business Development, with responsibilities for developing new business opportunities in Canada. Within short time frame, Richard made significant contribution to the business growth in Canada and now serves as CEO of ZTE Canada. Richard is a strategic thinker, team-oriented and results driven leader with a track record of innovation and success in the business world. Prior to joining ZTE Canada, Richard has worked in management positions for several other OEM such as Huawei and Palm and has also held management positions with Canadian Telecom carriers such as TELUS, Bell and Clearnet. Through the course of his career he was the head of two Sales and Trading desks and was instrumental in building the Canadian operations for a US based Investment Bank in Toronto. Jeff's experience was largely focused on capital raising for micro cap and small cap companies in Canada. ADVISORY BOARD Marshall Gunter Mr. Gunter’s engineering background is rooted in big data analysis and machine learning at scale. Working with Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners, Marshall was responsible for bringing Varagesale to the mass market. Marshall took Varagesale from a one room shop to a powerhouse engineering department of 60 plus people and played a leading role in their $35-million-dollar raise. Marshall lead the team that built iSentium’s sentiment engine. iSentium uses patented Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract sentiment from unstructured social content then instantly transforms it into highly actionable indicators in finance, brand management and politics, handling billions of data points to harness the power of the masses as they tweet and text. Alexander MacGregor, Ph.D. Dr. Alexander MacGregor is a leader in the fields of pharmaceutical technology, research, and training, He has served as the President and Dean of Faculty of the Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology (TIPT) since 1992. He obtained his Ph.D. in clinical pharmacology from the University of London Postgraduate Medical School after earning honors in medical biochemistry from the University of Wales. In 1997, He completed a Master-Class Certification Program in Pharmaceutical Technology from the European Continuing Education College at the University of Liverpool. Throughout the decade, He functioned as a consultant to major pharmaceutical industries in Europe, Asia, and North America. He currently divides his time between TIFT, one of North America's leading postgraduate pharmaceutical and research organizations, and ORx Pharmaceutical Corporation, where he serves as chairman and Chief Scientific Officer. In the latter capacity, He designs and develops clinical delivery methods of therapeutic compounds. At TIPT, He runs a highly regarded training program in pharmaceutical sciences and technology. More than 2,600 successful TIPT graduates operate in all areas of the pharmaceutical industry including quality control analysis, regulatory affairs administration, clinical quality control, and clinical data review. The holder of several scientific patents, He currently oversees clinical testing trials of several drugs in the areas of cholesterol lowering, diabetes, anti-infective, post-operative pain, epilepsy, and congestive heart failure. Dr. David Klein, MD Dr. David Klein currently works in conjunction with Dr. Alexander Romaschin in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at St. Michael’s Hospital on the development and clinical application of novel biomarkers to acute care and critical care. I am also involved in the development of novel therapeutics targeting endotoxin in critical illness, as well as the linkage of diagnostics and therapeutics. Separately, I lead business strategy and partnerships for the Applied Health Research Centre (AHRC) and hold advisory roles to government and other policy makers regarding the healthcare system and business strategy. 16 16
