An exciting position has become available for a full time employed Chiropractor to join our friendly team in Ringwood
Hampshire and Verwood Dorset. The expected, realistic first year earnings will be in the region of £38,000‐£45,000+
dependent on abilities. The potential to significantly grow over 2‐3 years from any first‐year base level to earn £60,000
plus per year is there for the right candidate.

Role Requirements

     Appropriate GCC (General Chiropractic Council) registration, insurance, and full UK (United Kingdom) Driving

Role Responsibilities
     Assess and treat a varied caseload of patients.
     Maintain your own electronic patient records.

     Mentoring and inhouse training will occur weekly for the successful applicant as part of team workshops and 1‐
         1 sessions.

to” manual, online training and your own reflective / active learning process which will to help you develop the
necessary skills and knowledge quickly in to guarantee your efforts bring you success.
You will have 1 hour a week with the clinic head as your mentor over your first 3‐6 months and regular monthly support
and focus meetings in which we will support you and help you develop quickly with your own input and energy at the
fore as you work on your areas of improvement while receiving support.
You will receive access to an Ulrik Sandstrom’s muscle testing workshop (once these are available again) paid for by us.
You will have new patients provided, but also be expected to be proactive in developing your practice with us through
developing referrals from your growing patient base and be open to delivering talks, presentations and promotional
events (as lockdown eases!) in order to positively engage with our local area.
The right applicant will receive a retainer for the first 3 months and then move to a performance based pay scale which
will enable earnings of 50k + on ~20 hours per week patient contact time (or more if more hours are attractive!) once
you are fully flying.
