within the InterContinental® Hotels Group and twenty-one in the hospitality industry. She has a passion
for events, organization, and people.
Solera is known for executing her events flawlessly while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor,
offering an idyllic experience for you and your guests. She will partner closely with our expert catering
team to customize the perfect day for you! “There is nothing more satisfying than knowing I made my
clients’ day brighter.” Relationships are at the heart of her work; creating once in a lifetime experiences
for her clients.
Solera’s time outside of her hotel world is spent enjoying life’s small moments with her husband and two-

Joanna Carrasco joined the InterContinental® Mark Hopkins team in 2012 as a Guest Relations
Representative where she learned the immeasurable value of true hospitality.
Over the years, she has listened to many stories from our guests depicting their magical proposals at the

occasions and I am honored to be a part of it! My goal is to make every moment at the Mark memorable
